At Craggs Window Cleaning, we believe that Northern Michigan is an incredible place to call home and our team wants to share the beauty of nature with you one clean window at a time. Founded in 2021 by Jack Craggs, we are proud to be a locally owned and operated window cleaning company serving Grand Traverse County, and the surrounding areas with professionalism, integrity, and care.
Our Story: From Entrepreneurial Roots to Local Service
I’m Jack Craggs, and my journey into business ownership has been shaped by a deep entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to make a real difference. Growing up in Northern Michigan, I was surrounded by hardworking role models—my grandpa and father ran Craggs Cabinet & Countertops in Traverse City, while my mother and stepfather also owned and operated their own successful businesses. These early influences planted the seed that would one day grow into Craggs Window Cleaning.
Though I worked my way through various jobs and leadership roles, I always felt drawn to something more—something of my own. I studied business management in college and spent seven years working for a local window cleaning company, where I discovered that this trade—though rarely a childhood dream—was the perfect fit for me. It gave me a sense of accomplishment, the chance to meet amazing people, and the satisfaction of seeing the immediate results of hard work.
In 2020, inspired by my wife Megan’s courage to launch her own mobile hairstyling business during the height of the pandemic, I decided it was my turn. In 2021, Craggs Window Cleaning was officially born.
